The Society for Mathematical Psychology promotes the advancement and communication of research in mathematical psychology and related disciplines. Mathematical psychology is broadly defined to include work of a theoretical character that uses mathematical methods, formal logic, or computer simulation. The Society journal is the Journal of Mathematical Psychology.

Summer Institute on Bounded Rationality

Talented graduate students and post-doctoral fellows are invited to attend the Summer Institute hosted by Gerd Gigerenzer (Center for Adaptive Behavior and Cognition) and Ralph Hertwig (Center for Adaptive Rationality). The annual Summer Institute on Bounded Rationality will take place at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin, Germany, from June 10-17 2014.
